In response to the tremendous needs of health care organizations, academic institutions and simulation professionals to assess and enhance their simulation center operations, educate instructors, extend hospital-based simulation programs and develop simulation operations leaders, we offer a curated portfolio of simulation programs and consulting services. These programs and services are offered through The GW Nursing Simulation Initiatives and are led by Dean Pamela Jeffries, who developed the NLN/Jeffries Simulation Theory.

Those interested in our educational opportunities can choose courses that are delivered as immersions, a comprehensive 5-day model covering a range of topics, or intensives, hyper-focused 2-day model covering discrete topics.
GW Nursing is home to a one-of-a-kind simulation space that boasts a recently added Objective Structured Clinical Exam space available to our students and partners.
Our simulation efforts are led by Dr. Sabrina Beroz, an advanced Society for Simulation in Healthcare Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator. Dr. Beroz is the associate director of programs and initiatives at GW Nursing and serves as the nurse educator for all our professional programs. Interested in learning more?
