The George Washington University School of Nursing offers BSN, MSN, DNP and Graduate Certificate programs in a variety of paths, with prerequisites and admissions requirements unique to each. To understand the academic requirements you must meet, review the information provided by your program.
All degree-seeking students should apply for graduation via the online graduation application in GWeb. Students must be registered for the semester or summer session immediately prior to the degree conferral date, and must complete all degree requirements by the last day of final examinations for that semester or summer session.
You must record a minimum number of clinical hours (varying based on which program you're in) with an approved preceptor. There are different requirements for graduate and undergraduate students, so you should familiarize yourself with the different expectations for each. For more information, review the information on your program page.
