Strengths-Based Culture

We encourage our students, faculty and staff to focus on their natural talents and refine them into strengths. Unlike the status quo practice of focusing on weaknesses, research shows that people become much more engaged and create strong teams when they are encouraged to focus on their strengths. At GW Nursing, we offer the Clifton StrengthsFinder® to students and employees, providing them with the knowledge and vocabulary to describe how they may excel.

As you look throughout our website, you can easily discover each of our faculty and staff's strengths on their individual profiles. Feel free to view them and find an individual with the strengths you may need for your team or projects.
