If you previously had clinical at an Inova facility and have already filled out this form, you do NOT need to fill it out again. - Inova Acknowledgement of Risk form

- Inova requires ALL nursing students to take a mandatory online Epic training class. If you are going to any Inova location (Fairfax, Loudoun, Fair Oaks, or Alexandria) for clinical you MUST take the training course. It’s a one-time thing for your entire program, so if you go to Inova again throughout the program, you will not need to go through training again.

Registration will be open to all students beginning (TBA) and will close on (TBA). Even if you are a current or former Inova employee or had Epic training through another employer, you MUST take this training. This is a one-time training and will carry you throughout this program.
All new students who have not received Epic access in the past and will be at Inova are required to register for the course. HealthStream accounts will be created with the information the students enter into the sign-up genius link. You will receive further information about completing the online course after signs-ups are completed and you will have one week to complete it.
