COVID-19 Vaccinations for Faculty

While the COVID-19 vaccine is not required for clinical faculty in the Accelerated B.S.N. program, we highly encourage you to get the vaccine.

Some basics about getting the vaccine:

  • If you elect to get the vaccine, you must get two doses.
  • You will get further instructions on making a second appointment at the location you choose to receive your vaccination.
  • You will need to retain documentation of your vaccination regardless of which institution you use to obtain your vaccine.

Below are the options to receive the COVID-19 vaccine as well as instructions for how to register for each option. You may use the option that is most convenient for you as long as you meet the requirements to obtain your vaccine from the facility.

GW

All GW Clinical Faculty are eligible to get the COVID-19 vaccine through the GW MFA. Vaccines will be given at the GW Lerner Health and Wellness Center at 2301 G St NW, Washington, DC. At this time there is no option to receive the vaccine at the VSTC Campus. We will update you if the vaccine becomes available at VSTC at any time, but there is no plan for this currently.

You can by clicking the button below. You will need your GW badge for your appointment to prove that you are part of the GW community.
