David Searle

With over a decade of experience in higher education as an academic advisor and faculty member, David Searle is a skilled education professional dedicated to student success and support. David previously served at the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) as a Military Education Coordinator, serving active duty and veteran students across a wide variety of majors, including nursing, computer science, and psychology, among others. 

Before UMGC, David was a faculty member in the School of Music at the Catholic University of America. David maintains an active performing career as a professional musician, performing in the DC area and around the country with groups such as the Washington Bach Consort and the North Carolina Baroque Orchestra. In his spare time, David is an avid mountain biker.
