Clinical Groups, DEU Students and Sr. Practicum

1. Please review the Self Orientation Packet.
2. Print and sign page 58 of Self Orientation Packet. (Even if you previously had clinical at GWUH, please sign an updated copy.)
3. Email signed pages to [email protected] by the date specified in your assignment email. Your clinical instructor will review the Self Orientation Packet with the clinical group on day 1. 
4. Make sure that you have your GWID with you in clinical. GWUH does not issue hospital badges; your GWID will serve as your hospital badge.

2. On page 4, please type in the information. Do NOT hand write information. The email addresses are often illegible, causing delays in getting your login information.
