As a first-generation college graduate, Michelle is especially passionate about supporting students as they overcome challenges, discover opportunities, and achieve their goals. Her student-centered approach, strong relationship-building skills, and commitment to student success make her a dedicated advocate. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys reading, traveling, crafting, and celebrating life’s adventures with her husband and adult sons.
