Graham has extensive experience in nursing education having been an Associate Professor at the University of Glasgow in Scotland for many years. He has worked in a variety of roles ,from hospital coordinator to research nurse to his current position as Simulations Operations Associate within the School of Nursing .
- High-fidelity simulation: Ensuring that manikins are functioning on a daily basis, ready for simulation with the instructors and their students.
- Health and safety : Ensure that local and national guidelines are in place within the simulation laboratory and adhered to.
- Moulage: Apply moulage to manikins or standardized patients in line with chosen scenarios.
- Laboratory Equipment: Ensuring laboratory/IT equipment is functional and regularly updated.
