Professor and Associate Dean for Research Kathleen Griffith, Ph.D., M.P.H., FNP-BC, FAAN, and Assistant Professor Daisy Le, Ph.D., M.P.H., M.A., will serve as co-investigators on a 5-year, $4,930,000 National Cancer Institute-funded study awarded to principal investigators Scott Evans and Kimberly Robien from the Milken Institute School of Public Health. The Exercise and Nutrition Interventions to Improve Cancer Treatment-Related Outcomes (ENICTO) study will serve as a consortium for harmonizing outcomes across four NCI-funded studies across the United States. ENICTO will support exercise and/or medical nutrition intervention research designed to improve cancer treatment-related outcomes for therapies delivered with curative or life-extending intent for cancer survivors.
