- Manages the full cycle of the faculty workforce, including recruiting/hiring, onboarding, change in status, reappointment/renewal, promotion/tenure, and annual workload.

- Archives and maintains faculty personnel records, including state licensure, professional certifications and accomplishments, clinical practice information, and other relevant files.
