The GW Nursing Center for Health Policy and Media Engagement has launched a three-part webinar series that focuses on the important role of implementation science research, which helps identify barriers and enablers of effective scaling of evidence-based interventions and evidence-informed policymaking. This series of presentations from three distinguished scholars and leaders in implementation science will discuss how research evidence can be effectively communicated to policymakers to influence the policymaking processes and create policy solutions and innovative ways of preventing and treating chronic disease, reducing cancer risk, and championing health equity.
