Her journey into nursing, profoundly influenced by familial footsteps and a steadfast commitment to patient care excellence, finds her serving as the Clinical Director of Nursing at Montefiore Health System.

Dr. Holmes' entrance into the nursing profession was guided by the illustrious careers of her mother, Michele, boasting over five decades of nursing expertise, and her cousin, Tanya, a seasoned nurse with three decades of service.
