What's Your Story? Student Nurse Support Initiative Lunch

The GW Nursing Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion presents the What's Your Story? Series: Student Nurse Support Initiative featuring Joanna Nickels (cohort 28). Come and listen to Joanna Nickels' story and her experiences navigating the ABSN program as a mother and military affiliate. 

The mission of this lunch is to bridge the gap and provide support to students from diverse backgrounds and experiences who share a passion and desire to become nurses, so no one is alone during this challenging program. This initiative is for non-traditional students looking to connect with others like yourself and to nurture an inclusive community that helps each other balance GW SON responsibilities with all life throws at us. No matter where you are in life, a career changer, a parent, not quite VBSN but military affiliated, have dependent family members, or juggling a lot outside of GW SON, we welcome you to join us!
