2. Complete the Running Waiver form
   In order to run with GW, participants must complete the running waiver form (link below). Please complete the form and upload it in Step 3, or email it directly to Kristen Kent at kristen [dot] kentgwu [dot] edu (kristen[dot]kent[at]gwu[dot]edu).
