Please print and sign “Attachment D”. This is a one-time thing. If you have previously been to MedStar WHC, you do NOT need to fill this form out again. Please email to [email protected] by specified due date.
Read and follow directions on the “SiTELMS Registration” document. This will take you through the registration of the required modules. Complete all modules by specified due date. This is an annual training and will cover you through the hospital’s fiscal year. Everyone who went to MedStar previously needs to check their account for new modules added for the fiscal year. Check your account for completion.
MedStar WHC requires attendance in a MedConnect EMR class. Students in MedSurg1 will attend training with your clinical group. Students in MS2 or Sr. Practicum at MWHC, who did not have MS1 or MS2 at MWHC during a previous semester, will need to attend this training. Students in OB and Psych, who have not been to MWHC before, DO NOT need MedConnect class. Please sign up for class at link: TBA
Remember, MWHC requires a current physical within the past year. If that year is up at any time during the semester, you must have another one done before the first day of class.
Lastly, MWHC requires fit mask testing and a badge for all students. Make sure you receive instructions form the school coordinator on getting these requirements completed.
