  • Simulation coordinator for NURS 3120 Foundations of Professional Nursing 
  • Facilitate prebriefing, debriefing, and implementation of nursing simulation-based education scenarios for undergraduate nursing programs 
  • Ensure Healthcare Simulation Standards of Best Practice are maintained through simulation teaching pedagogy and simulation based-practice utilizing manikin, standardized patient and virtual reality-based simulation immersive experiences 
  • Coordinate congruency between classroom and simulation courses 
  • Evaluate peers, students, and scenarios for quality improvement 
  • Collaborate with simulation team to promote the simulation center, prepare grant reports, request funding, and update policies and procedures
