Since earning her nursing degree, Jennifer Wendel has experience across various healthcare fields, including NICU, primary care, school nursing, and nursing education. She currently serves as a Dedicated Simulation Educator at The George Washington University School of Nursing, where she leverages her expertise in teaching pedagogy and simulation best practices to design and implement curriculum aimed at enhancing clinical competencies. Jennifer Wendel is currently enrolled in a Doctor of Education program for Curriculum and Instruction with a specialty in Educational Technology at the University of Florida.
Jennifer is an active member of Sigma Theta Tau, the Society of Simulation in Healthcare (SSH), the International Nursing Association of Clinical Simulation and Learning (INACSL), and the National League for Nursing (NLN). Jennifer enjoys college football, the beach and spending time with her husband and kids.
