Faculty Summer Immersion: Best Practices in Policy
Program Dates: June 10 – 12, 2019
This 3-day immersive experience is unique with participants defining a policy issue of interest and having the opportunity to understand that issue in the context of the policy environment, current issues, and use of media. In addition to understanding the legislative and regulatory processes, participants will create a strategy to analyze their policy issue and craft a message that they deliver to Capitol Hill. Each participant will schedule a meeting with a senator or representative critical to their message.
